The San Juan Capistrano Rotary Club Foundation.

The SJC Rotary Club Foundation's purpose is to receive and to distribute funds in support of local, national and international humanitarian and charitable causes in conjunction with the Rotary Club of San Juan Capistrano and consistent with the goals and objectives of Rotary International.

In conjunction with the foregoing, the Corporation shall undertake such activities as may be necessary to further its public and charitable purposes, provided such activities are not inconsistent with the California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law or Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
