SJC ROTARY CHRISTMAS TREE AT THE MISSION

In an annual tradition, SJC Rotarians decorated a Christmas tree dedicated to "Service Above Self" at Mission San Juan Capistrano.

With a global network of over 1.3 million community volunteers, Rotary members are business, professional, and community leaders who provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards, and help build goodwill and peace in the world.

The Rotary Club of San Juan Capistrano was founded in 1936 by a small group of civic leaders, local businessmen, growers and ranchers who met weekly in the evening to address local causes.

Today our Rotary Club has 75 successful men and women in a wide range of professions. Their focus is on giving a hand to others in need, supporting worthy causes, and abiding by one of the world’s most widely printed and quoted statement of business ethics.

It is called The 4-Way Test:

Of the things we think, say or do

1. Is it the TRUTH?

2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?

3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIP?

4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
